In this 4 BHK villa at Tilal Al Ghaf, Dubai, our design journey was about infusing a new build with warmth, personality, and quiet elegance—reflecting the client’s mid-century yet minimalist sensibilities.
The show kitchen became the heart of the home, anchored by an architectural arch in Neolith Calacatta Luxe stone that frames the cabinetry and adds sculptural depth. Metallic grooves bring a contemporary edge, while White Crush wall tiles add subtle texture. Layered with statement shelving and tall cabinets, the design strikes a balance between function and openness, leaving room for future artwork and natural light.
