IIn this 5 BHK villa at Murooj Al Furjan, Dubai, we transformed a newly built property into a warm, functional, and inviting home tailored to the client’s vision. The project began with civil modifications focused on the kitchen and laundry zones, reimagining these spaces for optimal functionality.
For the rest of the villa, our approach centered around aesthetic planning and execution, blending warmth and airiness with thoughtful design. Customized joinery was crafted for each room, adding both character and practicality. Additionally, bespoke furniture was designed, with fabrics carefully selected from scratch to ensure child- and pet-friendly usage without compromising on style.
The use of fluted paneling, neolith sintered stones, graceful arches, and rattan shutters brought cohesion to the design, exuding a refined yet approachable charm. To unify the spaces, we introduced herringbone parquet flooring in an oak finish as the binding element, adding texture and elegance.
