MK Villa

In renovating this spacious 2 BHK villa in JVC Dubai for a young couple with two big dogs, our goal was to open up spaces, blend zones for easy circulation, and address common investor pain points.

We strategically removed walls, replaced some with glass partitions, and curated pathways to seamlessly connect living areas. Special features like a food and water station for pets under the kitchen island were added for convenience. By maximizing space and minimizing maintenance concerns, we've created an ideal living environment for the young couple and their furry companions.

In the bathroom redesign, we installed a striking freestanding bathtub alongside dual sinks, all set against new wall and flooring treatments. This transformation brings a fresh, modern vibe to the space, providing a luxurious retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
