In this 5BHK villa in Sharjah, our ongoing design journey has been one of reimagining a newly built family home into a contemporary haven of comfort and understated luxury.
Commissioned for a full interior design package, the villa features two living areas, a private pool, and a dedicated Majlis block — a separate building designed to host and impress. The Majlis, envisioned as a space that feels both welcoming and elevated, takes inspiration from the ambience of a five-star hotel lobby.
Moving away from the client’s existing conventional setup, we restructured the layout to create two distinct yet connected zones: one side with long sofas for large family gatherings, and the other more intimate, featuring bookshelves and a fireplace for quieter moments.
