In this transformation of a 4 BHK villa at Gardenia Townhomes, Wasl Gate, Jebel Ali, we brought the client's vision of a personalized industrial-themed den to life. With a seamless concrete aesthetic as the foundation, we crafted a dark and moody ambiance punctuated by quirky fixtures that reflect the client’s unique personality.
A highlight of this renovation was the creation of a functional new space under the staircase, ingeniously designed to accommodate both storage and a compact laundry area.
The journey began with two months of meticulous design, including curated selections and detailed sampling, ensuring every element aligned with the client’s preferences. Execution on-site was completed in just 2.5 months, resulting in a cohesive and strikingly bold space that embodies industrial charm.
