We are proud to announce that AM Villa, a bespoke 5BHK residential project located in Murooj Al Furjan, Dubai, has been officially published on Love That Design, one of the region’s most influential platforms dedicated to architecture, interior design, and the built environment.
Love That Design is widely recognized across the Middle East as a trusted source for showcasing thoughtfully designed spaces, featuring work from leading studios, architects, and designers operating in Dubai and beyond. The publication of AM Villa on the platform represents a significant milestone, placing the project among a curated selection of notable residential works that exemplify design excellence, material intelligence, and refined execution.
A Home Designed Around Real Living

AM Villa began as a newly built property, offering a blank canvas with strong architectural bones. The project’s objective was not simply to decorate the space, but to transform it into a warm, functional, and inviting home that genuinely reflected the client’s lifestyle and long-term needs.
The initial phase focused on strategic civil modifications, particularly within the kitchen and laundry zones, where layouts were reimagined to improve usability, circulation, and storage efficiency. These early interventions laid the foundation for a home that prioritizes everyday functionality without sacrificing aesthetic coherence.
From there, the design approach expanded to encompass the entire villa, guided by a philosophy centered on balance, warmth, and clarity. Each space was carefully planned to feel open and breathable, while still maintaining a sense of intimacy and purpose.
Bespoke Joinery and Custom Furniture
A defining aspect of AM Villa is the extensive use of customized joinery, designed individually for each room. Rather than applying a uniform solution across the home, every joinery element was developed to respond to the specific requirements of the space it occupies, whether for storage, display, or architectural framing.

In parallel, bespoke furniture pieces were designed exclusively for the project. Fabrics and finishes were selected from scratch, with particular attention given to durability and comfort. The final selections ensure the home is child- and pet-friendly, while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic that does not compromise on style.
Material Palette and Architectural Details
Materiality plays a central role in defining the character of AM Villa. The design integrates fluted paneling, neolith sintered stone surfaces, soft architectural arches, and rattan shutters, all working together to create a layered, tactile environment.
These elements introduce a sense of understated elegance, blending modern sophistication with approachable warmth. The interplay between textures and forms adds depth to the interiors, allowing each space to feel distinct while remaining visually connected to the rest of the home.
To unify the villa, herringbone parquet flooring in an oak finish was introduced throughout the main living areas. Serving as the binding element across spaces, the flooring adds rhythm, texture, and continuity, reinforcing the overall design narrative.
